Through the AfroCentric Bursary Programme, we aim to tackle the country’s skills shortage and ensure broader representation in the healthcare sector. The bursary includes not only financial support but also mentorship and wellness assistance. We aim to build meaningful relationships with these students, fostering ongoing engagement throughout their academic journeys.

The AfroCentric leadership team spends a day with the students at their universities, offering an opportunity for insightful discussions about the students’ academic progress to date. This enables the Group to better understand the challenges and achievements within their respective degrees. These sessions also provide students with insights into industry practices, innovations shaping the healthcare sector and career development opportunities.
