The general user is entitled to browse the website without providing any personal information. The user's personal information is required when AfroCentric is to provide services that the user has requested or when the user elects to provide personal information.

The objective of this policy is to describes the manner in which personal information is collect and the manner in which the personal information is utilised by the AfroCentric Group.

AfroCentric collects personal information from users when :

they register with AfroCentric for an AfroCentric account

Access to certain AfroCentric web pages requires a login name and password. The use of the se web pages and the information or programs downloadable from those sites, may be governed by a written agreement between your employer and AfroCentric . Unless the user request deletion of personal information, the personal information may be retained by AfroCentric to verify compliance with the agreement, log software licenses granted to track software downloads from those pages, or track the usage of other application available on those pages.
